Staff

Our strongest asset is our staff team who are caring, dedicated and motivated.

Our staff team are highly qualified, all qualified to Level 3 or above, with 2 members of staff having Degrees with Early Years Teacher status. All staff attend courses as part of their continuing professional development. Most of our staff are qualified Paediatric First Aiders.

Before I took ownership of Oakmere I taught in Liverpool in Infant education for seventeen years.

We plan stimulating activities in a rich environment that our children enjoy and learn from.

Everyone has high expectations of the children in their care.

We have our own full time qualified Chef. All food is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises.

Oakmere operates a Key Worker system for all our children. Each child has a dedicated member of staff to ensure continuity of care and communication with Parents/Carers.
