We know how important it is to feel confident about where you leave your child each day. Oakmere Day Nursery has been thoughtfully designed to feel warm, secure and unhurried – with spacious rooms, natural materials and quiet corners as well as areas for active play.
From first settling-in visits through to pre-school transition, our experienced team work closely with you, sharing updates and celebrating every milestone together.

What are your opening hours?
We open from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, all year round except for bank holidays and a short closure over Christmas.
How do settling-in sessions work?
Before your child’s official start date we arrange a series of short settling-in sessions. These give you both time to get to know the room, key person and routines at a pace that feels right. We’ll talk with you about your child’s likes, dislikes and home routine so we can mirror these as closely as possible.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Our nursery cook prepares nutritious meals on site and we are experienced in managing allergies and specific dietary needs. We will discuss and document your child’s requirements during your enrolment and work with you to keep information up to date.
